	Alli Allen, COTA/L - Occupational Therapy Assistant Alli attended Cincinnati State Technical and Community College and received an Associates of Science in OT. She has been on the staff at COTI since 2005 working primarily with children in school based programs. Alli also enjoys working with adults and has provided services in both skilled nursing and assisted living facilities for COTI.
	Hope Bard, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist Hope is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo. She has a BS in OT and has worked as an OT with clients throughout the lifespan. Hope has worked at COTI since 1999 in various capacities. Currently, Hope works in school-based practice as well as home health for COTI. She enjoys working with people in the environment in which they live their lifes.
	Tara Brock, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist Tara is a graduate of Xavier University's OT program earning a BS in OT. She has been working at COTI since graduating in 2003. Tara works primarily in our pediatric clinics. She has also been responsible for programming for summer groups at COTI. Tara is currently working on a post-professional Masters in OT at the University of Indianapolis
	Gail Button, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist Gail received her BS in OT from the University of Southern California. She has spent much of her career working in pediatrics in a variety of settings including hospitals, schools and homes. She has practiced in California, Colorado, Missouri and now in Ohio. Gail is certified to administer the SIPT. She has worked for COTI in school-based practice since 2006.
	Linda Campbell, MS, OTR/L - Supervisor, School-based Therapists Linda received her BS from Augustana College in Illinois and her MS in OT from Washington University in St Louis. She has concentrated her practice on pediatrics and has worked in a variety of settings including school based programs, private clinic and home health. Linda joined the staff at COTI in 2008.
	Linda Carnes, MS, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist Linda received a BA in history from UCLA and a MS in OT from Boston University. She has focused her occupational therapy practice on pediatrics. Linda has worked in Massachusetts and China before relocating to Cincinnati. She works in our Blue Ash pediatric clinic on a part time basis. Linda joined the staff at COTI in 2006.
	Krista Carroll, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist Krista graduated from Xavier University's OT program and has been practicing in the Cincinnati area ever since working in pediatrics in a variety of settings as well as adults in acute care. She enjoys working in school-based practice and has been with COTI since 2007 working in schools on a part time basis.
	Jennifer Dean, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist Jennifer received her BS in Occupational Therapy from Eastern Kentucky University. She has worked with adults in acute care, rehabilitation and skilled nursing and is employed full time outside of COTI. She has been working as needed for COTI since 1998 in settings with adult clients.
	Carolyn Dehner, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist Carolyn graduated with a BS in Occupational Therapy from Indiana University and has been a member of the staff of COTI since 1988. She has been working with infants and children for over 30 years. Carolyn is certified to administer the SIPT and trained in therapeutic listening. She works in our Blue Ash clinic.
	Michele DiCristoforo, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist Michele has a post-baccalaureate certificate in OT from Xavier University where she also earned a BA in English and an MEd in Administration. She has been working with both adults and children using a sensory integration approach to treatment throughout her career. She joined COTI in 2008 working with children in our Blue Ash clinic.
	Michael Dixon - Manager of Finance Michael has a Bachelors of Liberal Arts from Boston University. He has worked in health care management in academic medical centers and physician practices for the majority of his career in both Boston and Cincinnati. He joined COTI in 2008.
	Joan Dostal, OTR/L - Pediatric Clinical Specialist Joan received a B.S. in OT from the University of Wisconsin. She has been a practicing OT for 30 years, much of that time focused on clinic and school based pediatric services with a specialization in sensory integration. Joan is a founder and former owner of COTI. In addition to sharing her expertise with COTI staff she lectures extensively on sensory integration and related topics.
	Laurie Dubin, OTL - Occupational Therapist Laurie earned her BS in OT from Indiana University. She first began work with COTI in 1985 and has been involved at varying levels over the years. She now provides services in schools and long term care facilities. Over the course of her OT career, Laurie has helped to develop new programs for young adults with brain injuries and has practiced in acute care and psychiatry.
	Jennifer Durie O'Brien, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist Jen received a BS in OT from Xavier University. After beginning her career as an OT working in settings with adults, Jen switched gears and focused on providing services in school and clinic settings. Jen is certified in sensory integration and currently works for COTI in the schools.
	Dorothy Fallat, MEd, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist Dottie has an MEd in Education Administration as well as a certificate in occupational therapy from Xavier University. She has been working with COTI since 2004 providing OT services to adults at home and in assited living and skilled nursing facilities. Dottie's special interests are in geriatrics, edema management, craniosacral therapy and myofascial release.
	Eletta Fleming, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist Eletta attended Stellenbosch University in South Africa where she received a BS in OT. In addition, Eletta is certified to administer the Sensory Integration and Praxis Tests. She has been working in a variety of areas with COTI since joining us in 2001. Currently she works in pediatrics at an infant mental health agency and in our Blue Ash clinic.
	Jill Frank, OTR/L - Supervisor for School-Based Therapists Jill earned her B.S. in OT from Eastern Michigan University. For over 25 years, Jill has been providing therapy services for adults and children across a variety of treatment settings. Jill's special interests include ADD/ADHD. She has experience parenting two children with learning issues. Jill shares her wealth of knowledge on school-based OT as a supervisor for COTI.
	Stacia Galey, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist Stacia received a B.S. in Occupational Therapy from Xavier University in 2002. She began at COTI as a student and joined our staff after graduating. Stacia has worked in the schools and pediatric clinic while at COTI. Currently she is working part time focusing her energies on the clinic at our Blue Ash office. Therapeutic Listening is an area of interest for Stacia.
	Clarissa Harmon, OTL - Occupational Therapist Clarissa graduated from Indiana University with a BS in Occupational Therapy. She has been providing services to adults for over 20 years in a variety of settings from home care to hospitals. Clarissa has worked for COTI part time or per diem on and off since 1990. She is interested in exercise and wellness with older adults.
	Kendra Hennard, OTA/L - Occupational Therapy Assistant Kendra attended Cincinnati State Technical and Community College and received an Associates of Science in OT. She has been on the staff at COTI since 1999 working with adults in long term care, assisted living and home settings. Her special interests are orthopedic disorders, CVA, and neurologic disorders.
	Krista Henrich, COTA/L - Occupational Therapy Assistant Krista received her OT training at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College where she received an Associates of Applied Science. She has provided school based OT services throughout the course of her career. Krista joined the staff of COTI in 2008 and continuing her work in schools.
	Marita Hensley, COTA/L - Occupational Therapy Assistant Marita attended school at Mount Aloysius College in Pennsylvania graduating with an Associates degree in Occuaptional Therapy. She has worked with COTI since 1996 starting out as a full time employee. She has worked as a PRN staff member since 1999 while working full time at the Cincinnati Veterans Administration Medical Center.
	Mary Hils, COTA/L - Occupational Therapy Assistant Mary graduated from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College as an OT Assistant. She has worked in a variety of settings and has been with COTI in various capacities since 2002. Currently she works for COTI full time in the schools, private clinic and adult centers.
	Mary Jo Houston, Office Staff Mary Jo has worked as a secretary for over 10 years. She has worked full time for COTI in the front office since 2000 taking on a variety of responsibilities. She is the receptionist for the private clinic at Blue Ash and coordinates all adult services.
	Rachel Jordan, MOT, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist Rachel is a graduate of Xavier University where she obtained a Master's degree in occupational therapy. She studied briefly with Lucy Jane Miller at the STAR Center in Colorado before joining the staff of COTI in 2008. Rachel works in pediatrics in both clinic and school settings.
	Jackie Kirkpatrick, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist Jackie received a BS in OT and a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education at Queen's University in Canada. She has worked with adults and children in a variety of settings throughout her career. Jackie originally worked for COTI in 1997 for several years before moving out of state. She returned to Cincinnati and COTI in 2008 and now works part time in our Blue Ash clinic.
	Elena Krikorian, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist Elena graduated from Worcester State College in Massachusetts with a BS in OT. In addition she has a BS in Business Management from Bentley College. Elena has worked in acute care settings with adutls and newborns. She joined the staff of COTI in 2007 and is providing OT in school-based settings.
	Stephanie Langfels, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist Stephanie is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University. She has worked with adults and children in a variety of setting during her career. She was also the owner/operator of a children's fitness center. She has worked in various capacities with COTI since 2002.Currently she provides OT to adults on an as needed basis.
	Julie Lunich, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist Julie attended Virginia Commonwealth University - Medical College of Virginia and received her BS in OT there. She has worked with children over her ten year career in hospital, school home and clinic settings. She has practiced in Virginia, New York and New Jersey before returning to Cincinnati. She has been with COTI since 2008.
	Joan May, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist Joan attended The Ohio State University graduating with a BS in Occupational Therapy. She has worked for many years in the public schools and works in COTI's pediatric clinic during after-school hours. Joan first began with COTI in 1993. She is certified to administer the SIPT.
	Elizabeth Mayer, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist Liz received a BS in occupational therapy from Xavier University and has been working with COTI since graduating in 2004. Liz works for COTI in public school programs as well as in the pediatric clinic in Blue Ash. She has also been the lead therapist in a variety of COTI's Summer Groups. Liz is trained in Therapeutic Listening.
	Julie Peterson, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist Julie recieved her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Eastern Kentucky University. She has been working with COTI since 1993 providing services in Northern Kentucky. Julie works with adults in long term care and home health settings. She also has expertise working as an OT in geriatric psychiatry.
	Kathryn Reese, Office Staff Kathryn has been in the medical billing/accounting field for nearly 20 years, serving in various capacities for a wide range of medical specialties. She has been at COTI since 2003 and can be located at the Blue Ash office. Kathryn is the billing and accounting coordinator for COTI.
	Courtney Ruble, MS, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist Courtney is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a BS in occupational science and a MS in occupational therapy. While at EKU, she minored in dance. Courtney joined the staff of COTI in 2008 full time and works both in school based and clinic settings. She is at both the anderson and Blue Ash locations.
	Leigh Saulnier, MS, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist Leigh has a BS and MS from Thomas Jefferson University; both are in occupational therapy. Leigh joined COTI's staff in 2006 and is currently working in the pediatric clinic. She is certified to administer the Sensory Integration and Praxis Tests, is trained in Therapeutic Listening and also has a specialty certification in early intervention.
	Jeremy Schulz, COTA/L - Occupational Therapy Assistant Jeremy joined the staff of COTI in 2006 after graduating from Wilbur Wright College - City College of Chicago from the Occupational Therapy Assistant Program. Jeremy also has a BFA in Painting. He currently works full time for COTI in school-based practice. He has also helped to lead some of COTI's summer groups.
	Denise Schuman, MS, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist Denise is a graduate of the OT master's program at Indiana University. She also has a BA in Psychology from Purdue University and worked as a case manager before pursuing a degree in OT. Denise joined the staff of COTI in 2007 and has been working in school and clinic based settings with children.
	Lisa Skowronski, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist Lisa graduated from Florida International University with a BS in OT. She has been at COTI since 1991 working as a generalist in all areas of OT. She provides services in schools, homes, sheltered workshops, group homes, and skilled nursing facilities. Lisa's special interests are also widely varied; they include traumatic brain injury, mental retardation and home-based services.
	Heather Theders, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist Heather earned her BS in OT from Eastern Kentucky University. She has been part of COTI since 1998 working with children in the Blue Ash clinic, as well as school and preschool settings. Heataher is trained in Therapeutic Listening and is certified to administer the Sensory Integration and Praxis Tests.
	Deborah Whitcomb, MBA, MS, OTR/L - President Deb has a BS in OT from Quinnipiac University and an advanced MS in OT as well as an MBA from Boston University. Over the course of her 25+ year career she has worked in a wide variety of settings both as a clinician and an administrator. She has been at COTI since moving to Cincinnati in 2001. Deb is adjunct faculty at Xavier University.
	Cathy Witte, MS, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist Cathy is a graduate from Xavier University with a BLA and MEd. She has a post-baccalaureate in occupational therapy also from Xavier University. Cathy has been with COTI since 2005 working in pediatrics both in the clinic and schools. She is trained in Therapeutic Listening and has studied Myofascial Release.
	Pamela Yates, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist Pamela received her BS in Occupational Therapy from Boston University. She has provided OT services to children in a variety of settings. Pamela is certified in Neuro-Developmental Treatment. She joined the staff of COTI in 2005 and provides services to COTI on an as needed basis.
